I had been personally involved in purchasing and selling of residential and  commercial properties for many years prior to becoming a realtor.  As President and CEO of several corporations rather than leasing properties I would initiate the purchase and/or sale of commercial properties used for the businesses of those corporations.  Residential experience came from our homes and properties originally but when I assisted my husband with his construction business I became proficient in architectural drawing, materials and building codes.  

Five years experience as a Realtor licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina has brought me the knowledge to help buyers and sellers of real estate and now I am certified to assist with the purchase or sale of distressed properties.

We had vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area for many years, we purchased a second home here, and in 2004 made it our permanent residence.  Since I had always enjoyed helping friends and family find property in the Myrtle Beach area it seemed natural to become a Realtor. 

I understand the concerns of Buyers and Sellers who live in another State.  Their best interest is always my prime concern.  If it takes my going to accept deliveries of furniture or installation of utilities to help my out-of-State clients, no problem, I am happy when they think of me to help them.

Even customers or clients who have not made a purchase refer me to their family and friends because they know that if what they are looking for is out there I will find it.
